Being a Lecturer, one of the jobs that should be done is conducting research. This International seminar will be held on 22nd of October 2011 in Yogyakarta at Sahid Raya Hotel and AMIK BSI of Yogyakarta. In this International seminar also respondent or participant from University of British Canada (UBC), University Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and Tohoko University. In this article I shared my Abstract of the full paper that will be presented in Yogyakarta Insya Allah.

"Implementation of a Database System of Higher Education with Change Management Approach at Kopertis IV Jawa Barat and Banten".

"This article focuses to implement a data base system of higher education with change management approach at Kopertis IV Jawa Barat and Banten. Some models used to implement the system such as Model of Kotter’s eight-step and multiple perspective in managing organizational change. This research conducted with qualitative to get data with depth interviewing and observation, some questionnares as a part of quantitative method given to 53 people, the result of analysis is focused to score of team of developer’s data base system of higher education, internal policy, individual, leadership, and readiness of implementation.

The article develops the following step: in a first step are taken into the importance of choosing image type of change management (director, navigator, caretaker, coach, etc); a second step considers to build model using some approaches to implement new system with change management approach; finally analysis and processing of data with action research. It can be concluded that the type of change management at Kopertis IV West java and Banten is second order that is the change caused of introducing of new technology (data base system of higher education)".

This source code explain on how to make selection using If in Java. This Source code show the program using BufferedReader that means a user save the data which inputted by user. Remember in Java there is no 'reserved word' looks like cin>> or scanf(" ") in C++ and C. The Statement of IOException explain us to handle if there is any errors, and The 'InputStreamReader' explain to input what the 'user defined ' for data that inputted.

National Seminar at Telkom Polytechnic

It is for this reason, let's send our research to National Seminar at KNIP which stands for Konferensi Nasional and ICT and Manajemen Politeknik Telkom that will be held on 8th of december 2011. as a matter of fact we have to send the full paper no less than october 1, 2011.

There are so many categories to apply such as computer science, Information technology application, Accounting information system, and any other majors. Insya allah I already sent the full paper. For this seminar hope that I can present my research. Implementation of System PDPT with change management approach is the topic of research that already done for about 4 months ago.

In this paper, I also make cooperate with Ir. Krindanto Surendro, M.Sc, P,hD, he is a Lecturer at Informatics major (STEI) of Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB). So much excellence science we got, when we were taught by him. He taught us about making some research. Finally, we think of course as Informatics Lecturer we shouldn't just have to conduct in Informatics or computer area, but we can also research about other major such as how to learn about their humanity, and culture form Informatics side, so don't hesitate to apply :).

William Bridges focuses on transitions and the psychological changes that lie behind behind significant organisational change. He maintains that the situational changes are not as difficult for companies to make as the psychological transitions of the people impacted by the change.

William Bridges' theory involves a three-phase process of:
(1) Ending, Losing, Letting Go - helping people deal with their tangible and intangible losses and mentally prepare to move on
(2) The Neutral Zone - critical psychological realignments and repatterning takes place. This is all about helping get people through it, and capitalising on all the confusion by encouraging them to be innovators

(3) The New Beginning - helping people develop the new identity, experience the new energy, and discover the new sense of purpose that make the change begin to work.

Readiness to change is sometime hardly to assess in implementing change management. some manager of change management use readiness taken from Andiran Sodano with scoring in 17 elements. Two critical assessments are needed at the onset of the change. The first assessment is of the change itself. This assessment examines the scope, depth and overall size of the change. Specific items that should be addressed by this change assessment are:

Scope of the change (work group, department, division, enterprise),

Number of employees impacted, type of change (process, technology, organization, job roles, merger, strategy), and mount of change from where we are today. This assessment of the change and a thoughtful review of the nature of the change is essential to plan your change strategy. The second evaluation is an assessment of the organization. Each organization has unique characteristics that make change management either easy or challenging. These organizational attributes are important to understand so that you can educate your team and sponsors about potential obstacles. This assessment would cover areas such as:

* Culture and value system

* Capacity for change (and how much change is already taking place)

* Leadership styles and power distribution

* Residual effects of past changes

* Middle management's predisposition toward the change

* Employee readiness for change

The culture and value system play a major role in how an organization reacts to change. By considering this factor, you can predict certain reactions in the group and plan accordingly to deal with those reactions.

Organizations have a limited capacity for change. If your organization is already experiencing a large degree of change, then implementing yet another change can be more difficult.

Leadership styles play an important role in change management planning. Because sponsorship and management support is a key success factor for change management, it is important that you take time to assess the leadership styles and power distribution in the organization.

Past changes may have left a residual effect that could work in your favor, or make change management more challenging. Your organization's history is part of your starting point when managing change.

In many organizations, there are middle managers who have a high degree of control over their peers and employees. They are either strong leaders or feared by others. These middle managers will play a significant role in the change process.

Employee readiness for change is a gauge of how prepared and able employees are for change, and whether you can expect high or low employee resistance, and why.

How is the data collected for readiness assessments:

How the assessments are completed depends on the make-up of your project team and the role that outside experts play in the process. If outside consultants are used for change management, then they have little choice but to use standard data collection methods for completing these assessments. These methods include employee and manager interviews and surveys. When collecting data from a large number of employees, focus groups can also be used in place of one-on-one interviews.

If change management is led by managers internal to the organization, and the project team is representative of the groups impacted by the change, then the need for data gathering is reduced. In many cases these managers will have the needed insights into the characteristics of the change and attributes of the organization. It may be necessary to collect only a sub-set of data from employees to augment the existing knowledge of the team.

What is the readiness assessment data used for?

The readiness assessment data is used as part of the change management planning. Specifically, the information is used to prepare a change management strategy that fits both the change and the unique attributes of your organization. This includes:

1. Selecting a change management team model and team size.

2. Selecting a sponsorship model and support system.

3. Assessing the risks and identifying potential obstacles.

4. Determining if any special tactics are necessary to support this change.

5. Customizing communication plans, training plans, coaching plans and sponsorship activities.

What specific data should be collected from employees?

Employee data-gathering should be done carefully and in context with a good change management framework. In many cases, simply asking these questions to employees can create fear and uncertainty, especially if the project team and senior leadership are not ready to answer the many questions that naturally arise when employees know that change is on the horizon. When gathering data from employees, three areas of data collection are important:

* The employee's perception of the organization's readiness for change

* The employee's personal readiness for change in general

* The employees' assessment of the change itself and how they perceive the personal impact of that change

The last area must be timed carefully with the overall change management communications plan and readiness of the project team with details about the change. They will have to be able to answer the question from employees "WIIFM?" (what's in it for me?). Employees will first assess change from the perspective of this personal impact before relating to the broader effects on the organization.

Examples of statements that can be used to rate how employees perceive the change and its impact on them personally include:

The change supports my professional career plans and goals.

The change will improve my financial position.

I will not have to relocate to support this change.

I do not view my job at risk with this change.

This change would ultimately benefit my family.

I am confident that I can learn the new skills and behaviors to perform my new job.

The change will not adversely affect my health.

The change will result in a more enjoyable work environment.

Note that these assessment areas are related to family, health, career, and finances. Statements like these can be used in an assessment tool that asks the employee to rate the degree to which they agree with or disagree with the statement (for example, "On a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 indicating strong disagreement and 5 indicating strong agreement, evaluate each of the following statements"). The resulting scores can then be tabulated by group, department and division to create a profile for each area.

My management team is receptive to feedback and alternative ideas, and encourages open communication. In this second list of examples, the statements relate to how the employee perceives key attributes of the organization, including the culture and leadership style.

Implementing Change Management with Kotter's eight stage model

John Kotter (who teaches Leadership at Harvard Business School) has made it his business to study both success and failure in change initiatives in business. "The most general lesson to be learned from the more successful cases is that the change process goes through a series of phases that, in total, usually require a considerable length of time. Skipping steps creates only the illusion of speed and never produces satisfactory results" and "making critical mistakes in any of the phases can have a devastating impact, slowing momentum and negating hard-won gains". Kotter summarizes the eight phases as follows.

1] Establish a Sense of Urgency
Talk of change typically begins with some people noticing a vulnerability in the organization. The threat of losing ground in some way sparks these people into action, and they in turn try to communicate that sense of urgency to others. In congregations it is typically membership loss, financial struggles or turnover in key volunteers and leaders. Kotter notes that over half the companies he has observed have never been able to create enough urgency to prompt action.

"Without motivation, people won’t help and the effort goes nowhere…. Executives underestimate how hard it can be to drive people out of their comfort zones". In the more successful cases the leadership group facilitates a frank discussion of potentially unpleasant facts: about the new competition, flat earnings, decreasing market share, or other relevant indicators. When is the urgency level high enough? Kotter suggests it is when 75% of your leadership is honestly convinced that business as usual is no longer an acceptable plan.

2] Form a Powerful Guiding Coalition
Change efforts often start with just one or two people, and should grow continually to include more and more who believe the changes are necessary. The need in this phase is to gather a large enough initial core of believers. This initial group should be pretty powerful in terms of the roles they hold in the church, the reputations they have, the skills they bring and the relationships they have. Regardless of size of your organization, the "guiding coalition" for change needs to have 3-5

people leading the effort. This group, in turn, helps bring others on board with the new ideas. The building of this coalition – their sense of urgency, their sense of what’s happening and what’s needed – is crucial. Involving respected leaders from key areas of your church in this coalition will pay great dividends later.

3] Create a Vision
Successful transformation rests on "a picture of the future that is relatively easy to communicate and appeals to customers, stockholders, and employees. A vision helps clarify the direction in which an organization needs to move". The vision functions in many different ways: it helps spark motivation, it helps keep all the projects and changes aligned, it provides a filter to evaluate how the organization is doing, and it provides a rationale for the changes the organization will have to weather. "A useful rule of thumb: if you can’t communicate the vision to someone in five minutes or less and get a reaction that signifies both understanding and interest, you are not yet done with this phase of the transformation process".

4] Communicate that Vision
Kotter suggests the leadership should estimate how much communication of the vision is needed, and then multiply that effort by a factor of ten. Do not limit it to one congregational meeting, a couple of emails. Leaders must be seen "walking the talk" – another form of communication -- if people are going to perceive the effort as important. "Deeds" along with "words" are powerful communicators of the new ways. The bottom line is that a transformation effort will fail unless most of the people understand, appreciate, commit and try to make the effort happen. The guiding principle is simple: use every existing communication channel and opportunity.

5] Empower Others to Act on the Vision
This entails several different actions. Allow people in the church to start living out the new ways and to make changes in their areas of involvement. Allocate budget money to the new initiative. Carve out time on the agenda to talk about it. Change the way your organization is organized to put people where the effort needs to be. Free up key people from existing responsibilities so they can concentrate on the new effort. In short, remove any obstacles there may be to getting on with

the change. Nothing is more frustrating than believing in the change but then not having the time, money, or support needed to effect it. You can’t get rid of all the obstacles, but the biggest ones need to be dealt with.

6] Plan for and Create Short-Term Wins
Since real transformation takes time, the loss of momentum and the onset of disappointment are real factors. Most people won’t go on a long march for change unless they begin to see compelling evidence that their efforts are bearing fruit. In successful transformation, leaders actively plan and achieve some short-term gains which people will be able to see and celebrate. This provides proof that their efforts are working, and adds to the motivation to keep the effort going. "When it

becomes clear to people that major change will take a long time, urgency levels can drop. Commitments to produce short-term wins help keep the urgency level up and force detailed analytical thinking that can clarify or revise visions".

7] Consolidate Improvements and Keep the Momentum for Change Moving
As Kotter warns, "Do not declare victory too soon". Until changes sink deeply into an organization’s culture -- a process that can take time-- new approaches are fragile and subject to regression. Again, a premature declaration of victory kills momentum, allowing the powerful forces of tradition to regain ground. Leaders of successful efforts use the feeling of victory as the motivation to delve more deeply into their organization: to explore changes in the basic culture, to expose the systems relationships of the organization which need tuning, to move people committed to the new ways into key roles. Leaders of change must go into the process knowing that their efforts will a while.

8] Institutionalize the New Approaches
In the final analysis, change sticks when it becomes "the way we do things around here", when it seeps into the bloodstream of the corporate body. "Until new behaviors are rooted in social norms and shared values, they are subject to degradations as soon as the pressure for change is removed". Two factors are particularly important for doing this. First, a conscious attempt to show people how the new approaches, behaviors, and attitudes have helped improve the life of the organization.

People have to be helped to make the connections between the effort and the outcome. The second is to ensure that the upcoming leaders believe in and embody the new ways. Kotter writes, "There are still more mistakes that people make, but these eight are the big ones. In reality, even successful change efforts are messy and full of surprises".

Change management is a structured approach to shifting/transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations from a current state to a desired future state. It is an organizational process aimed at empowering employees to accept and embrace changes in their current business environment.[1]. In project management, change management refers to a project management process where changes to a project are formally introduced and approved.[2]

Examples of Organizational Change such as Missionary changes, Strategic changes, Operational changes (including Structural changes), Technological changes, Changing the attitudes and behaviors of personnel.

As a multidisciplinary practice that has evolved as a result of scholarly research, Organizational Change Management should begin with a systematic diagnosis of the current situation in order to determine both the need for change and the capability to change. The objectives, content, and process of change should all be specified as part of a Change Management plan.

Change Management processes may include creative marketing to enable communication between change audiences, but also deep social understanding about leadership’s styles and group dynamics. As a visible track on transformation projects, Organizational Change Management aligns groups’ expectations, communicates, integrates teams and manages people training. It makes use of performance metrics, such as financial results, operational efficiency, leadership commitment, communication effectiveness, and the perceived need for change to design appropriate strategies, in order to avoid change failures or solve troubled change projects.

Successful change management is more likely to occur if the following are included:

1. Benefits management and realization to define measurable stakeholder aims, create a business case for their achievement (which should be continuously updated), and monitor assumptions, risks, dependencies, costs, return on investment, dis-benefits and cultural issues affecting the progress of the associated work.

2. Effective Communications that informs various stakeholders of the reasons for the change (why?), the benefits of successful implementation (what is in it for us, and you) as well as the details of the change (when? where? who is involved? how much will it cost? etc.).

3. Devise an effective education, training and/or skills upgrading scheme for the organization.

4. Counter resistance from the employees of companies and align them to overall strategic direction of the organization.

5. Provide personal counseling (if required) to alleviate any change related fears.

6. Monitoring of the implementation and fine-tuning as required.

Master and P.hD Scholarship from Kfupm - 2011

Well..this year, again King Fath University of Petroleum and Mineral (KFUPM) offer scholarship for Master and P.hD program. this univesity is just for man. if interested in studying in Kfupm, the language for studying is English and we aren't asked for using Arabic. but as moslems of course, we had better learn Arabic becuase it parts of our religion and also English as the language for studying. the Scholarship Application Deadline is April, 6, 2011.

Graduate students are subject to the general regulations of the University which apply to all students and, in addition, to various rules which have been adopted specifically for graduate students on the recommendation of the Graduate Council and approved by the Vice Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.

An applicant for admission to the Graduate Studies must supply or arrange for the University to receive certain formal documents attesting to his good health and character, and certifying that he has graduated from an approved secondary school system with the equivalent of twelve (12) or more years of combined elementary and secondary school studies in an approved program, that he has graduated from an approved four-year university system with a bachelor-s degree in a subject area which is pertinent to the graduate course offerings at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and that he has an adequate command of English, the language of instruction at KFUPM.

For admission to the Ph.D. Program, the applicant must hold an M.S. degree equivalent in quality and involving the same length of study as those granted at KFUPM. The specific documents required are cited in “Admission Procedures” (see page 36) and on the application forms. Inquiries should be directed to the Dean of Graduate Studies.

Students are admitted to the academic program and the area of specialization which are identified in their application. If this program differs from their previous program of study, they will be required to make up deficiencies after admission. A request for a change of academic program is required for any continuation beyond the original program requested, or for a change to a new program before an existing program is completed. A request for a change in program will be considered as if it were an entirely new application, subject to procedures and standards current at that time.

Alhamdulilah, this semester Inysa Allah I teach at Institute of Management of Telkom and Telkom Polytechnic. In the first meeting, the most important think to do is give university students encouragement about how important study well. Usually I welcome them to this Blog to know about who are succeed in their future and what they do to rich their will.

It's forbiden for university student to open their notebook even our class is about "system Analysis and Design" using Object oriented with UML (Unified modeling language) in class of teory, because we worry in the previous time they just use it for facebook or making a chat with yahoo messenger. But in the next class if we need to practice it in computer off course we do allow it, such as using Rational rose or Jude Community software to build diagram of UML.

so..students, please act your age, use the technology for brush up your study, your success don't use it for being laziness.

When being a student in the Ph.D. program computer science at Stanford University, Page met Sergey Brin. Together they run the search engine Google, which began operating in 1998. Google is based on patented PageRank technology, which is based on the structure of the link - a link between a web site to rank a particular site. Page still remains on leave from the Ph.D. program

While in college, he made the inkjet printing machine of the pieces Lego blocks. Page ran Google as president along with her until 2001, when they recruited Eric Schmidt to be chairman and CEO of Google. Page now runs Google as a triumvirate along with Brin and Schmidt.

According to Forbes, Page had an estimated net worth of U.S. $ 12.8 billion, making it the number 27 richest in the world (one place behind the other founder of Google, Sergey Brin). Although he is admired by many, a number of industry insiders criticize his business tactics, which they consider anti-competitive, an opinion which has in some cases been upheld by the courts. Bill Gates stepped down as chief executive officer of Microsoft in January 2000. He remained as chairman and created the position of chief software architect. Still remember in early of our Bachelor Degree, I, Abdurahman, Hatta, Iman discussed about our futere. At that time The Principle of the institution said that one that, he wanted the one who own this University is the one like Abdurahman, he can master not only Indonesian but also English and Arabic.

He graduated from Gontor, When he asked us about our future, he said that about he would get his own enterprise. And directly I said that I would also be Success Man in University by being professional Lecture. When I met him in Bandung Institute of Technology in 2009, I just had to get into ITB because I have to wait up to two years for getting scholarship, but in the same year, he already took for his disertation in the same campus.

Right now, he is the owner of PT. Solmit Bangun Indonesia, SOLMIT perhaps stands for in indonesian "Solusi Manajamen dan IT",great Friend...You already get your wish, getting your own enterprise, being owner of STMIK Bandung, also Informatics Lecture, Pray for me..friend, Insya Allah to get the same success :)

Well..by July 2011, there will be an International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics at Bandung Institute of Technology. Welcome to the 3rd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI 2011) at the Institut Teknologi Bandung, Bandung, Indonesia on 17-19 July 2011. The two previous ICEEI conferences have been successfully held at ITB Bandung, Indonesia in 2007 and at UKM Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2009.

The 3rd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI 2011) is organized by the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia and the Faculty of Information Science and Technology, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia.

The conference is intended as a forum for researchers, academics and practitioners to present their research results as well as a platform to build or develop cooperative relationships among participants. How to encourage some Lecturers even the students to write their paper. As a matter of fact our Lecrurer (Ir.Kridanto Surendro,M.Sc,P.hD) has already taught us to write some paper, firstly in national paper (Indonesia) and International. Alhamdulillah, have ever write some paper even in National paper. And now, I interested in writing for International Paper, hope..it can run well, Insya Allah. Yesterday..there was a training in Telkom Polytechnic from EBSCO. Ebsco is one of the E-Journal Database Provider like Proquest, IEEE and others.

At this occasion, Interesting in writing paper about "Human and their interaction with Computer" like focusing in Change Management, IT Government,ITSM, COBIT, IT infrastructure Library, etc. Perhaps..here are some tips if we want to write :
1. Find some E-Journal Database Like IEEE, Ucisa, Ebsco, Proquest. Honestly these are not free, or you can write for the University where you are in.
2. Try to find some sample of Publication, see how about the rule if we want to write in paper for Journal (National or International).
3. Star writing...,don't worry wheter our paper will be reject or not.
4. Say your prayer... :)

Last week, in Kick Andy, I was so surprised that DR. Juliana Sutatnto, she told us, that even she didn not pass her "UMPTN" at that time, she tried to find scholarship and could continue her study in National University of Singapore, and now beeing assistant of Profesor in Swiss. Juliana Sutanto is currently an Assistant Professor in Management Information Systems in the Department of Management, Technology, and Economics of ETH Zurich.

From June 2003 till June 2008, Juliana Sutanto was an Instructor/Teaching Assistant in the Department of Information Systems of School of Computing at the National University of Singapore (NUS). She obtained her Doctoral degree and Bachelor degree (Honours) in Information Systems from NUS in 2008 and 2003 respectively. In her undergraduate study, she received a full scholarship from the Ministry of Education in Singapore.

Her research works have been published in top-tier journals such as Journal of Management Information Systems (JMIS), IEEE Transaction of Engineering Management (IEEE TOEM), Communications of the Association for Computing Machinery (CACM), and conferences, such as International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS), Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS), and Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS).

Juliana Sutanto is a member of the Association for Information Systems (AIS), and an ad-hoc reviewer for journals and conferences, such as Management Science, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management (IEEE TOEM), Database for Advances in Information Systems, Organization Studies, European Journal on Information Systems (EJIS), and International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS). For some university students who facing his or her Final Task or Thesis for the one who is still finishing his or her Master Degree sometime exactly be lazy for not only finishing his Thesis bu also doing such a little thing. So, what can we do to Get up form the Laziness that always happened to us. on Last semester told friends, that I would get up after finishing all the lesson by December 20, 2010. Now In the early of 2011 there is no reason to be lazy Man, perhaps these are some ways that encourage us to finish your "Final Task" or Thesis.

first : Just prioritize hereafter affair than worldly affair "Those who prefer the life of the world then God will scatter scattereth the life of this world, but who prefer the Hereafter Allah will give the world and the hereafter life success person".
Second : Just take your Book and try to teach on your notebook about your Thesis. In this situation, some temptations will be in front of us such as our willing to see some programs of television, wanna playing games, wanna just take things easy.., "Remember those are just temptations" and You should avoid them.
Third : "Behind the difficulty there is ease", it means that Allah will not give us such thing that we can afford to do it. Take Big Spirit...to conduct and finish our Thesis, imagine the success after we finish our Thesis and we graduate from the University and you get Great Job in Famous department with big salary, and convenient management and office.
Four : whenever we get the great difficulty just "Hasbunawllah wanimal wakil nimal maullana wamina natsir" Just Allah as Great who is helping us and who will protect us, for remember this! you can get more spirit to finish your Thesis again and is going to worry for the problems that will you face it,..About the difficulty to resume your Book for Thesis, No worry to be blame and angered by Lecturer Advisor.
FIve : the last...just do it, just read it, just conduct it, just finish it...,"If you feel lazy just type it and finish chapter one, You feel lazy again just type it and finish chapter two..do and do like those, and after six lazies your Thesis is finish too, and the last do not forget to always pray to Allah SWT.

This movie has been famous not only in Indonesia but it can be ad in the future because there was a planning for translating into English, so every body in another country will understand about the story of the movie. there are some good messages from this movie such as "please become people who give more than hoping to","In simple condition there will be good chance if we try to get it". How can the students who just ten students that study in Primary School of Muhamadiyah survive until they be success people in the future.

Let's call him "Bintang", the student who went to school should wait in the road due to an alligator that always in his road. how can he motivated their friends when one teacher left them because there wasn't salary in that school,gee.. it's human, how can the teachers can survive there, if they didn't get salary, they just get some rice in two month. Bintang could motivate some friends who didn't study anymore. Finally they all survived and be the winner in competition of "Cerdas-cermat" in indonesian.

Still remember in the senior high school, there was no electric, computer and of course Internet. Continuing to Informatics University for Bachelor Degree, and now still finishing Thesis in Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB) and now try to teach as Informatics Lecture. "Subhanawllah..." The story of "Laskar Pelangi" looks like writer's experience.

Hoping that can get big spirit for doing and finishing his thesis, hoping to be the one that succeed not only in knowledge or science but also in his material to help other people, to be the man who values for other people[his parents, his family and his moslem's family and other people], for in this world and live after Amiin..

facebook is biding by Microsoft for about Rp.135 T or match to $15 million. Still remember when the first time in ITB. DR. Abdillah from Phisic of Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB) encourage the new students to learn from the famous people who create good technology in his twenties like Zuckerberg who make Facebook. every one in the world mush have known about Facebook, even for the one who live in the village they still can access to Facebook using their hand phone.

It's really a fantastic price, when firstly Yahoo wanted to buy Facebook for about Rp.one billion (in Indonesian's curs), Zuckerberg deny to Yahoo even Microsoft. we can get some experience from some Famous people who built great IT software like Bill Gates with Microsoft, Zuckerberg with his Facebook. As Informatics University students actually so many Jobs that can be built beside being an employee in IT company like being programmer, blogger for business.

the main job for us is "study, learn, study...learn", so, by learning form Zuckerberg who has been billion Man in his twenties, perhaps it can encourage us to more dilligent in studying.

Well..it was new starting for the university students of Telkom Polytechnic after conducting Midle Test (UTS) two weeks ago.for some friends of mine they start with new lessons and another just give like evaluation. Gee..according to my oppinion, it wise for us to motivate them first with BIG BIG...spirit, and then give them evaluate about their score or their study in the previous time.

Ok, guys..don't give up if you have a bad score for your midle test, perhpas we can change and brush up our sklill to study and learn, there is still Final Test and other task which give us other scores (e.g Quize, conducting big task, pre and post test), so...just be spirit again, for the one who gets good score, off course please don't be Bousfull students..,remember to always be simple man, and remember there is another test that shoul you face to, keep study and learn well..

Offering P.hD program from NTUST

Well..about 4 weeks ago, when I would get into my class (software testing)in ITB, I saw there was announcement which would present from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), well..I just got in with my temporary transcript and I should bring TOELF's transcript. thus the Team from NTUST directly interviewed us. as a matter of fact just about ten people who interested in Master degree program, and for P.hD program it's offer about five people in previous year.
Well..,when interviewing process I told frankly that I have been conducting my Thesis, hope that I can finished it well fast so I can continue studying in NTUST. For Master degree the students will get full scholarship and NT 10000, and for P.hD program will get NT 15000 and even up to NT 300000 from Taiwan's government, Well,..Data mining was my choice for researching there, Inysa Allah. Alhamdulillah this morning I met my Lecture Adviser and he agreed about the guidlines before. Alhamdulillah these days I enjoy being IS people, I used to like just about technical such as building the program in Visual Basic.Net and SQL Server or try the new ones in Java, C++ and Orale. But now, it's really enjoy being Information System Manager, how can I think not only just think about technical but also manage some resources like Men (some programmers, Anaysts, DBA, etc) and some other resources to align between IT and objectives of the Enterprise.

Change Management build to transform from previous transition to the new state. for example when new Enterprise build "Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software" the board of director think that all the jobs in all functional areas will run well and all the staff will enjoy with the new sophisticated software. But in another side the executive management forgot, that managing people really different from managing other resources such as material and machine, some of the workers perhaps agree with the technology in another side some other ones feel that it can be attacking their curent jobs, they wory about the security, existing of previous jobs, etc.

Well..these days, Object oriented Analysis and Design is more famous than Analysis Structure. we used to be really appreciate and enjoy using tools such as Data Flow diagram, (DFD), Data dictionary and others, the researcher who found them, really give us good science in "Computer Science". Talking about Use case Diagram we can think like using DFD in Analysis Structure, we use Use Case Diagram to know about System when we see from outside system (external world) and what should it have from the system.

Use case diagram have at least three components such as actor, use case it self and association. Actor it can be a person or machine or device, let's say for Actor in the ATM system is at least Operator, Customer and Bank. Use case is the component key of the system, without Use Case, the system can not be run, for example Use Case Diagram for Simple ATM system is Use Case Turn On, when the machine turns on for the first time, so the ATM machine can connect to Database Server of the Bank, and the second one is Use Case Turn Off, in this Use Case, the Operator can fill in the Machine of ATM with some money if there is empty or for making maintenance or others.

another Use Case of Simple ATM Use Case is Transaction with can be inherit Use Case Withdraw and Use Case Transfer and Other Transaction. Yesterday, I by accident saw a news in Indonesian's private television contain about Student University of ITB exactly majoring School of Technique of Electrical Engineering and Inforamtics (STEI) who did the plagiarism. Well..please don't blame the ITB. I still remember when Prof.Djoko Susanto said that for Examination entrance 2009 for ITB, even for the worst student (in score) it still enter the best student in other good Universities like Universitas Indonesia, ITS, Unipersitas Padjajaran and others. IT means that planning to be accepted in ITB is so difficult.

It's for this reason, ITB always keep the good quality for all the students, like for the one who did the fraudulent (for example about 14 university students of ITB was fired due to their fraudulent, they be a 'Joki' it means as a change for someone who should take the Examination for entering ITB).

perhaps, we have to investigate first, whether it is correct or not!

Why Zachman's Framework. Information system becomes the most interesting asset for the enterprise these days. It's for this reason they conduct some ways to build or even engineering their information to get it much more effectiveness and efficient. The Zachman Framework™ is a schema - the intersection between two historical classifications that have been in use for literally thousands of years. The first is the fundamentals of communication found in the primitive interrogatives: What, How, When, Who, Where, and Why. It is the integration of answers to these questions that enables the comprehensive, composite description of complex ideas. The second is derived from reification, the transformation of an abstract idea into an instantiation that was initially postulated by ancient Greek philosophers and is labeled in The Zachman Framework™: Identification, Definition, Representation, Specification, Configuration and Instantiation.

Since The Zachman Framework™ classification was observed empirically in the structure of the descriptive representations (the architecture) of buildings, airplanes and other complex industrial products, there is substantial evidence to establish that The Zachman Framework™ is the fundamental structure for Enterprise Architecture and thereby yields the total set of descriptive representations relevant for describing an Enterprise.

How to dual boot Win 7 and Ubuntu 9.10

Well..., how to make dual boot our operating systems Windows 7 and Linux Ubuntu 9.10, these days so many operating systems offer Open sources! what are the benefits, of course, we hope not only feel comfort in Grafical User Interface (GUI) but also we are delivered source code, so we can try to make an update, Ge.., we can do this in Linux Ubuntu, but of course we can leave Windows because, we have already been user, perhaps!

The assumption, that we will install Dual O.S in a Notebook which has no DVD/CD-ROOM, so we can just need a flash disk as a change, here is the software that we need (Power ISO, uNetBootin-Win and of course Ubuntu 9.10 (it's just about 699MB)), the hardware of course Notebook and a flash disk that contain at least 1GB
Here is the step :
1. Restart the computer (Notebook) and then press F2
2. Change the First Boot From Flash Disk
3. Follow the Installation until finish and get the GNOME of Ubuntu
4. after we get the GUI of Ubuntu, clik in "Install Ubuntu"
5. Follow the Instalation

What we can find in the software, actualy we can easily export our file to Excell, HTML, even make Dasboard Report, some Graph or using chart. To run this program is so simple, we can just define weight of a strategy, as we know the first thing we have to do is defining the Vision and Mission and finally define some strategies.

Hello everyone! well.., yesterday I was asked to explain about how to instal Joomla by one of my friend. perhaps, we already know about that, but sometimes without exercise, we forgot installing the programs, so I try to write this article :), Ge..before that, who haven't known about WEB these days, Yup..with Joomla we can easily to make CMS or content management system, here we are :

Firstly, what we need, of course we have to get a web server such as Apache, Xamp or others.., in this are suppose we use Apache, if we haven't gotten Apache, it's easy, just download because it's free software "at PhpGeek.Com" with PhpTried it's enough for building web like using PHP, we get Apache as web server, and Mysql as Database management system.

second, you install first that PhpTried, and then you have to active the winMysqlAdmin, it for accesing Mysql such as using command promt or DOS, OK, here is the ways : After installing PHpTried, We have to on Apache Web server, you can find at start-->program-->PhpTried-->ApacheConsole-->Start Apache, then we open the Browser (internet explorer or Firefox, etc), then type http://localhost (it appears ..."Welcome.." it means you correct, Cheer :).

NOW, how to install Joomla, You can download packed of Free Joomla (just find by your self at internet), copy it to drive C:>Apache>Htdocs> ....(Here You place thecopy), and then, rename the packet of Joomla (e.g Myitb), now you browse internet and type in address bar http://localhost/myitb

OK, You will go to next installation, follow them, for the first usually fill in by localhost and then user fill in with root, now you have to give the name of the database such ase (db_itb), Next, give the name of homepage, next give your main, Sucess....... (you will be given username and password) You have to keep them, right.

The last in, Delete the installation files at the directory of the name of your WEB, you can find at C:>Apache>myitb>installation (the installation files must be deleted),OK now you can manage by your self (practice it) by log in at http://localhost/myitb/administrator
You will be asked for username and password use admin as username and password as gven by the software, Cheer.... :)

UML, well...I ofter here this word! But what is it for! I just know a bit, when I started lesson of software engineering in Institute of technology bandung (ITB). We can now realize that for the ones who before has already built applications using OOP (object oriented programming) such as Java, C++ or perhaps Visual basic.Net, now we can also built or documented using UML for creating Digram Use case, Sequent, Class diagram, activity, collaborations and others.
Unified Modeling Language (UML) is a standardized general-purpose modeling language in the field of software engineering. The standard is managed, and was created by, the Object Management Group. The Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used to specify, visualize, modify, construct and document the artifacts of an object-oriented software intensive system under development.
UML offers a standard way to visualize a system's architectural blueprints, including elements such as actors, business processes, (logical) components, activities, programming language statements, database schemas and reusable software components, well.. I hope, next session, I can write about “tutorial” of UML (Sequenct, Activity, Class even with sample of programming .

When the first time I and my friend registered to Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB), we apply for 'Scholarship Program' that is called 'BPPS' or 'Beasiswa Program Pasca Sarjana' or the scholarship which is especially for goverment or private lecture which is get Academic card (like in INA Jabatan Akademik or Lektor). Alhamdulillah we also past all requremtnts like International TOEFL or ITB's TOEFL for at least 475 and 475 for Academic test of 'TPA Bappenas.

It's was not really good, because we had to pay first for about 8.6 million, and at that time have no much money like that,..that's why I'd like to thank my Mom and Dady for helping me, because there wasn's helping at all from my 'Permanent University' even I apply for the helping, as a matter of fact The Institution should help the lecture to pay it, and of course, Lecturer can give the moneyback when he gets.

OK, forget it about them, Since my reject of BPPS, I and Satrio (a friend of mine who teach at Diponegoro University) try to mail Mr. Biemo, actually we believe that, Insya Allah we should get it without do the wrong thing... I really 'Alhamdulillah' becuse he said that He would correct the wrong thing of his staff, and He said he would straight away send to DIKTI in Jakarta.

About A week ago, all indonesian people were touched with Gusdur's passed away. As we know, he was our Precident 4 of Indonesia. As a matterof fact, he was from 'Nahdatul Ulama' organization of Moslems, but he really appreciate of all kind relligions and culture in Indonesia, it's for this reaon, many people in indoneisa would like him to be Indonesia Nationalism Hero.

Well..as far as I known, maybe, Gusdur prefer to resign from being Pecident to keep Indoneisa safe, as we know...if the Precident really want the power, maybe Gusdur will try to always strugle for his position (as precident) but he didn't do that, so..Gusdur perhaps, well to be our Indonesia Nationalism Heor.

About 2 weeks ago, we have already done our Exam in Informatics Engineering of Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB), for some friends of mine who come from outside Bandung, they hope that the Examination was just in december 2009, so they can take long holiday, ge... it's nice, right.

Unfortunately, we still have the exam until January 2010, so.. we enjoy cellebrating our holiday or Lebaran day (1431 H) for all our families (Moslems), and also "Happy New Year 2010" for us, Hope in in this New Year, we can be more adult in thinking, doing and of course our obligation to Allah SWT, it's the most infortant think, right.

Talking about Intelligence business appears to study of "Data warehouse" and "Data mining". Yup.. of course exactly Data warehouse collect data from single source or many sources an then the data is gathered to data mart or just in data warehouse.

In data warehouse data will be summarized by ETL process (Extract, transform and Load) and also use data mining for getting similar data, and finally "Intelligence business" will use the better data for DSS (Decision support system) or EIS (Executive Information System).

Well..this lesson is still new in Europe it's called Business and Technology intelligent. This is will include so many hardware such as some DBMS like using Oracle or SQL Server to gain decision making. Gee.. so nice to study this lesson!

Normalization in Data Quality

well.. the first time I study in Informatics of ITB we studied about "Data quality" the goal of this lesson is to make the data more quality as semantic word is free error, good analysis. This Lesson also content of Database like on how we make data be normalized. in this occasion I will share about Normalization.

Exactly we have to know about 1NF up to Boys Code Normal Form (BCNF). The table can be said get into 1NF or first normal form if the table is atomic, it means that the data can not be decomposition any more. How about 2NF the table is stated in 2nd Normal Form if all non prime attribute depends absolutely to primary key, it means there is no partial non prime attribute that depends on another key let say candidate key.

3NF or 3rd Normal form means that the table must have been in 2NF and then the second one there is no prime attribute that force another prime attribute, so if the table is 3NF of course the table is 2NF and 1NF, the last how about BNCF, well BCNF is built by Boys Code, in this case there is no have to 2NF and neither 2NF, the key is all super key in the left side must be primary key. Well.. I think that's all then, for this lesson :).

It was the first time I took the Midle Test or it's called Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS). Gee.. it's really make us be dizzy if didn't prepare it well. For Management Information system and Process and modelling to informations absolutely have to read them and master them well.

Well.. how about Intelligent business and software engineering need us to solve the problem as an enginier in IT, and the last days Paradigm for Programming" it was all about DFA (Deterministic Finite Automata),and also "Data Quality" it's more about functional defendeciy, in another hand for being good DBA we must master this lesson, right! ge... it's really interesting but need some effort from us of course.

Data warehouse

well..talking about data warehouse is so interesting these days. Suppose that we have already mastered 'Database itself'. Data ware house looks like giant database that can support some principles for decision making. In Data ware house also contain of what we call Back room and front room.

I just wanna give a sample, one day we well have lunch at "Food restaurant of Institute of Technology Bandung", what should we do is of course we request for the food. we can say the food is data, and int the kitchen we call it staging area where the food is cooked by good chef. when we wanna know about the food that we requested we aren't allowed to get to the kitchen and there is another worker who explain us about the food which is still cooked, in the dining room we can say it's front room.

So, back room is a place for getting source from our system that we can get from such as transactional database or flat files and in this place there is also "staging area" where the place for extracting, cleaning, comforting and delivering. ETL Extract, transform and Load also in this place. and the Form room we can say it's a place for serve our customer when our data is already being the good one.

The establishment of Master's Studies of Electrical Engineering-Telecommunications STTTelkom based on the idea that the development of telecommunications technology is ewver so quickly, it’s for this reason the field of Telecommunication Engineering expertise and competence in the specific field / Telecommunication Services Industry-graduates at the Masters. Graduates are expected to have the ability to research and development of telecommunications technology for both national and international needs. The needs and capabilities of the above makes the program of Electrical Engineering of Telecommunications S2 into a course that has the basic formation of a strong presence and can be in the middle of the community in order to provide a real contribution.
Organizing educational activities in the Master of Engineering Program Telecommunication STTTelkom refers to the Decision No Ministry of Education of Indonesia number 0686/U/1991 and Decision No Ministry of Education of Indonesia. 234/U/2000 requires that the cumulative burden of studies 36 - 50 SKS to be completed in the time of study the cumulative 3 - 10 semesters for a Master's degree Engineering (MT).

Again scholarship 2009 from Employment Directorate General of the Directorate of Higher Education opens the registration scholarships for Master (S2) and Doctor Program (S3)abroad for the year 2009, for government lecturers, government lecturers who works at private universities and permanent lecturer which are applied of the Ministry of National Education. Scholarship. The programs is for 2 years during S2, S3 and the program for 3 years.

In order to improve the quality of lecturers, Employment Director General Directorate of Higher Education to open the registration scholarships S2 and S3 for overseas in 2009, PTN fixed for lecturers, lecturers and lecturers DPK PTS remain in the environment of the Ministry of National Education. Scholarship program for 2 years during S2, S3 and the program for 3 years.

Registration and selection is done in 3 stages:
- Phase I: registration closed in November 28, 2008, and the selection is planned in December 2008;
- Phase II: registration closed in February 27,2009, and the selection is planned in March 2009;
- Phase III: registration closed in April 29, 2009, and the selection is planned in May 2009.

Each applicant to complete:

He started from January 2009 and he said he got full schhoarship and get fee five hundreed rupiahs every mont, isn't it right. Studying in ITB, and Get full scholarship and get additional money.

If we want to apply just apply for not less than May 29, 2009. Well..as a matter of fact there are some requirement such as :
1. GRaduate from bachelor Degree (Infroamtics, Engineering or Mathematics, physics)

How to Increase Learning! Gee... it's so lazy to learn and study, what should I do. In the last time perhaps I used to play game for a momment and be back to learn and study.In Internet era maybe I can chatt for a momment or find a friend via FaceBook. But now I have to do some tips to increase my studying that's it watching Bollywood MOvie, I really like Amir Khan in "Mann" Movie, it's so romantic.

Even, I have to spend time for about 3 hours because India MOvie is Long, because it's fusion with Singing, perhaps all india Movie Star must be abble to sing, right.Perhaps this tips we can accept like let your brain to do what its want to. Like, I am doing right now, while watching India Movie and write for Blogging.

I hope by finishing watching this Lovely Movie, I can get new spirit to learn and study. After our brain gets its great value that its want, our heart is going to follow what our brain must do. And also, while watching this movie, I remmember my wife in our village ^-^.

C++ program can be the one of the greatest programing language, it's for this reason, hope I can write or share some programs using C++, Visual Basic.Net or other Object oriented program. In this case, we can write the program using MinGW Developer Studio which is Free software, here we are. For the sample bellow we just wanna appear "Halo Dunia" in English means 'Hello World'.

In Facebok, perhaps You will share your profile, Photos to others in all around the world, of course for the one who permitted.

Hello everybody, being a student and also as worker sometimes make us tired. In another side we have to be good students to finish our task or homework and another side we have to also be good worker that make our company get good advantage from us. In the last time, I was so difficult to do both of them, the fact is I just can do a part of my task from my lecturer and make the job priority.

Moreover these days, so many major of educational majors are in school or universities. For the ones who gets will to be a great student and still can do the jobs, perhaps why don’t we ask for the third party that give service to help us in writing. Well, it's not to say that we must choose Database management system like SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle and not use Local DBMS anymore like using Access, Paradox, etc. For some university students who are studying in Informatics University these days should write some application programs using Network DBMS and not allowed to use Local DBMS anymore.

For some programmer who use visual basic 6.0 usually they make application program combined with SQL Server 2000. And for some Delphi programmers they are also use SQL Server or Oracle for database. Well, These days some programmings will change from procedural to Object oriented. we know in the last time Microsoft with Visual Basic 6.0 is currently good in let's say database programming, beside that some programmers also enjoy using Delphi like Delphi 5, Delphi 6 or Delphi 7.0. But this days some programmers and also some learners change their mind to learn Object oriented programming, like using Java, or we can use Visual Basic.Net 2003.

From the name, Microsoft visual Studio 2003 contents some software development such as Visual basic.Net, C++.Net, C#.Net, J#.Net. So what is Visual basic.Net? Exactly in this development tools use Frameworks.Net and Class Library Runtime. In Visual Basic 2003, we know that it looks like prior visual basic 6.0 in design, so if we design form in Visual basic.net 2003, you have to manage some components, let's say if we put textbox in form, we have to delete default text.

How about codding! well I think the codding is absolutely Object, we can know when access the code, it's already in block of "Public ...End Class", and see the second line there is statement "Inherits windows.forms.form" means there is inheritance for windows form, one of the signs of Object oriented Programming. Well.., if we try to hide by deleting the statements, so the windows form will be lost. Moreover by Framework.Net some programs can run by independent protocol like XML, SOAP and Http.So, Do you wish to change to Visual basic.Net :).

ITB open New Students for Master's Program

In this year of 2009, Institute Bandung of Technology open registration for New university students. so many majors open for new univ students like Math, Informatics, Industrial techniques and so on. Usually ITB named for Institute Bandung of Technology open from January 2009 until about July 2009. In the last time the testing for studying ITB are just passing International TOEFL about 475 and like some other lessons like computer systems, Math, for Entrance test of Informatics.

But, form last year ITB required some new univ students to be to pass EPT (English Proficiency Test) ITB at least 80 or International TOEFL at least 475 and for some departments have to pass prior TPA Bappenas at least 475, but in another department we can postpone TPA, Yup..We hope that ITB can also postpone TPA Bappenass, too to all majors, so getting to study in ITB can be least easy, without losing the New univ students' capability.

Perhaps some Object oriented program are more in Master Program of ITB like using Java, or Visual Basic.Net. Talking About Visual Basic.Net, actually it's easy to study Visual Basic.net, or just try Make Loop program in Vb.net. So if we wish to study in Informatics University, perhaps we have to also brush up our skill in programming.

Looping is one of the basic algorithms which can be found in all programming language like C++, Java, Pascal and so Visual Basic.Net. In this session we can try to make program Looping using Visual Basic.Net for. In Visual Basic.Net, there are many kinds of looping, but in this case, we can just Loop with For..Next, here we are :

1. Go to your Visual Basic.net via your visual studio.net
2. design the Form, like a picture above

Do you know Ponari?

Well.., these days when I try to watch news, there is always a news reported about Ponari. Yup.. Ponari is shaman Boy or (dukun in indonesian), who was by accidented tauched by thunderbolt and gets a stone which is believed that the stone if immersed into water, it can treat someone who are sick.

Well…, believe it or not, but in another side, Ponari is just little boy who are still sudy in Elementary School, and of course he is still want to play as his friends. Perhaps, by treating someone who get sick and they become healthy, so.. somany people who comes not only from Java but also from arround Java. Thus, up to know everybody is still want to get treated by Ponari.

We were so concerned, we worried that it can make people be envious (Big sin), As Moslem, we can’t believe another thing as tools to believe it, just straight to say our pray to Allah S.w.t.

Don't give Up!

Well..., My Univ. students, Do not ever give up. If you try to make something and it doesn't work well, just be patient and try to make and make up to succeded. Some of You told me that they couldn't make Script for shoutmix or Feedjit, and even, because its ruther different from taking script, that we must change our HTML codding.

But.., just believe in you will find somany Friends in Internet, maybe if You can't do the script in my Blogs, you can try by accessing My friend's Blogs, rigt which appear in my Blog Exactly in Duniaedukasi.

What else, just create some articles so that every body can get advantages from your Blog, Agree...!

Library software in VB.net & SQL Server 2000

Well.., these days we know that programming are disposed to Object oriented programming like using Java and .Net applications like Visual Basic.Net. well, in this session, I try to make Library Application using Visual Basic.Net 2003 and SQL Server 2000, here we are :
1.Firstly, we have to make database in SQL server 2000, log on to your DBMS SQL server 2000
2.In the GUI of SQL Server, type : Created database Library, then press F5 or Execute
3.type script table :

4.click execute

Now.., it’s time to make Book's form in Visual basic.Net. In GUI of Visual Basic.Net 2003, click file --> New --> Project :
1.Design form like a picture above
2.Now, on GUI of Visual basic.Net, click menu Tools --> connect to database --> then choose ‘Microsoft OLE Provider for SQL Server’, then click Next, then Fiil in the name of your SQL Server, choose ‘Use Windows NT Integrated Security’, click combobox for finding our database (Library), finally we can click button ‘Test Connection’, and click button OK.
3.well, Next we’d better set the properties, exactly for some components like textbox and button, for example textbox one is named by txtKode, textbox two is named by txtNama, etc.
4.Type the code bellow in Load Form :

Forgot Our Password !

Well.. today I want to write my university students 'statement "Sir, I forgot my Password, so that I can't access to my Blog", Gee..As a matter of fact it's not only You but also I sometime forgot my user name's and my passwords. well..sometime it makes us be uncomfortable, because we have to make New Mail or Blog due to our forgetful.

When I try to apply my Job again to one of the supports, I can do nothing, because like You Friend..I forgot my user name and password, when I Apply the company told me that My Blog has already been registered, Yup..I hope I can remember what my user name and password are.

Maybe, there are things to keep our User name and PAssword, here we are :
1.When you make New Mail or Blog, try to always write on your little book or in your phone book.
2. Always aces to your Mail and your Blog
3. Try to make the name of easy Mail but the password is simple which can be related to your hobby or something else but, we'd better make fusion between character and numbers.
4. Save also in your computers.

Being English Teacher, Why Not!

Well..two days ago, my friend asked me to be English Instructor in his Course of Place. Gee.. I realized my educational background is not English major, for Computer science Insya Allah I can conduct it, gee.. what Should I do,sudenly I accept his offer, yup..with little experienced of mine when I took English Course in Harvard English College.

So..Being English Instructor,why not. wehen the first time I taught, I always asked him/her to know his aim like capable in conversation or grammar or even TOEFL,gee.. Looks like I am the capable one :).

There are things to make our English be better :
1. Always try to practice, even wrong (it's not problem)
2. Find a partner to practice more
3. Listen to English Music
4. Try to join in English Club
5. Etc

How can we Live without Google!

About two years ago, My Lecturer gave his presentation in 'Wisuda' program of Ganesha, in his presentation, he said "How can we live this days without google", then I try to remember, absolutely right, I still remember in the last time when I would to use Internet I used to bring my little book contented of some URL's Address.

these days, google make us be easy to do everything, when I try to find materials for my student, I just type what I want to, beside that, It gives us the ways to find things easily and fast, You Agree. But one more thing, we just have to not only find but also give your science to others, Agree :).
